Loud rear end noises, squeeking

About a month ago I started noticing noise coming from my rear end. At first I thought it was just the Taco Bell I had eaten. It happens while going over bumps, when I push down on the rear end there is a squeeking and grinding noise coming from both sides. Can anyone tell what to look for as I am about to take the wheels off and examine?

Look for any fluid running down the sides of the rear strut body. If there is it's time to change them out.

Your sway bar bushings might need to be lubed. Also, check your endlinks.

Thanks guys, i saw some fluid coming down but i thought it was brake fluid. I m gonna check it out tommorow.
