I did the A/C Delete and found that the KO60405 was too short to fit right. Oh, it fit, but you had to manhadle it onto the ALT pulley, plus the tensioner interfered with the battery. I got a longer size , KO60415 I believe (just slightly longer), that took care of these problems.

Perfect. The second one I got was actually 43 3/4". they haven't tried it yet but I think that might be too long. Our schucks here does have that k060415 in stock so if that worked for you I may give it a try. Thanks!

The K060415 worked - Thanks everybody!

awesome to know other part numbers that will work

for clarification, the number I listed, will work...... I ran it for MANY months without a glitch....

I just don't like using belts on the longer side of things, with a manual tension system, sometimes your belts stretch and they need periodic tightening....... sooner or later you run out of adjustment with a longer belt.....

Sorry if I sounded like I didn't believe you, I do I'm just not sure why it didn't fit for me.

Searching the forums for that part number, it looks like someone else had the issue with it being too short (along with someone saying he's had it on there for years with no problems too).

Just wanted to post the part number that worked for me to help out anyone else looking to delete the AC.
