loose wire

picked up my car in october and the aftermarket alarm has never worked correctly. it will turn on in automatic mode but wont respond to the remote signals (new batteries). i was poking around and found this:

this is to the right of the drivers seat under the dash kind of where the center console meets. any ideas. my other sho has only two wires(one red and one black) and this new sho has 3 (2 red and 1 black) what gives? any ideas. what does this wire do stock? thanks

I can't see your pictures from work but I think that you are describing the autolock and power seat connectors.
