Looking for ideas on no start.

no spark.
good fuel pressure
cranks at 500 rpms.

Car just shut off while driving. Will not restart.
CPS and DIS must be working for what I understand of ING system sense I have rpm read out as I crank the starter over. I tried a spare DIS ( although not very well grounded) and coil pack and no spark. AIB is brand new and just changed plugs and wires last week. I have a spare Cam Position Sensor which I will try in the morning. I believe that this is the problem.

Looking for other ideas other than my own. Thanks in advance.

Even if the CID (cam) sensor were failed, the engine will still try to start - in an ugly, backfiring way, but as least it will try. If you have no spark, but are getting a reading on the tachometer, that would be unusual. Are you sure the electrical connector is securely attached to the coil pack? I am suspecting the CPS or the DIS. Have you tried to check the EEC codes? There may be a really big clue in the memory section of the code output (after the single separator pulse).

replaced CID with one that I know was working and still not start.
Now one problem I have is if I install my LPM the car will start and run but if left over night the car would crank and crank and not start. So needless to say I don't run the LPM. So I am a little worried that it may be the ECU.

Still looking for ideas folks.

EEC codes come up normal except cold sensor codes on the coolant and CIA.
