So, there are a million different options out there.

I am looking for something unique, something that doesn't have a standard key, I know most model specific locking lugs have the same key. I am looking for something that a bit less common.

I have SVT wheels, so anything that would fit those would be awesome.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

McGuard would be a good choice, but bear in mind that locking lugs are a deterrent. If someone is determined enough, they will get your wheels.

That's the first thing I do when I buy a new car. I get rid of the damn locking lug nuts. It never fail's that you will have a flat/loose the key/etc...

If you really want a set, I also recomend the above or Gorilla brands.

just tack a bead from the lug nut to the lug itself. that thing will never come off.

i recommend only doing this to one lug on each wheel though.

The SHO OEM locking-lugs are made by McGard. You can actually order replacements (locking lugs and lock keys) either through their website [ http://www.mcgard.com/ ] or via phone (800-444-5847) if you have the original information that came with your SHO. It was a small manila envelope that contained a McGard registration/order card, along with the code for getting replacements.

The amazing thing - the phone number on my registration/order card was still valid when I ordered replacements last year - nearly 15 years after my 95 SHO was built . . . .

If you don't, you can go to the dealership and ask them to match the lock, as most dealerships maintain a master set. Good dealers do this either for free or a modest fee. The greedy ones will just tell you you have to order an entire replacement set. I had a Lincoln Mercury dealer in Birmingham Alabama actually give me a lock key for nothing, after a Goodyear store messed-up my lock key using an impact (after I requested they not do so).
