A few local friends of mine are in search of a Lemons project to begin the madness. We have put everything on paper- expenses, etc.. We have 10" dirt track wheels, a very good cage builder and a few cars and motor options to choose from.

It would be awesome to find an SHO but im not sure i can convince them to go FWD. That said, im not sure theyve ever felt how raw the SHO is completley stripped down. E30 would be the obvious choice seeing we have 2-3 free cars to choose from, but everyone does an e30? STill undecided, i figured id post, and see if you guys had anything planned.

If you do an e30 you will recieve BS laps, the judges hate them at this point.
SHO's have won 2 races to this point and have numerous top 5's&10's recently so expect to get some attention and a close inspection.
Space Coast Speed shop guys have an RX-7 for the LeMons at PBIR.
From what I understand myself,Chris,Jason and jeremie will be the pilots.
Im hoping we can get started on it soon.

At this juncture I don't see the car happenning. Time will close up soon and the car needs everything as do the drivers. Its a big leap $ wise and I tried to push it earlier and we are still in the same boat almost 2 months later.
I'd love to do it but there are too many chiefs and not enough indians at the moment.
I did enter a team under a different car and that fell though and then we got this one and I have not updated the team info since because of no real progress. In the grand scheme of things it does cost an aweful lot of money to get the car ready as well as each driver and pit crew and spare parts.

It does cost a shitload of money all said and done. The cage, tires, safety equipment is what kills you. Fortunatley we a 5 man crew splitting the cost evenly. We all throw money into the *** weekly, work on finding a shell. Then immediatly after the Grassroots event the project will begin. First week of october.
