Leather Painting?

Anyone ever try painting their leather? My 96' SHO interior is in great shape except for the surface cracks. I saw that Eastwood has leather paint that should fix this, but I was wondering if anyone has tried this?

leatherique dyes work great.

I bought some cheap ass spray dye at Wal-Mart for my old 92, and even though it stank to high heaven, it worked great and held up nicely.
