Lean again

Hi guys,

I keep getting a 176 code (Lean LH) in my 95. I replaced the O2 sensors and tried to check for vacuum leaks. Can someone point me in another direction? I was thinking the ETC but I read that if it fails, the engine would run rich and the problem is only on one side.
Also, which side is the LH? Facing the front or back?

LH bank would be facing the front of the car. Have you cleared your codes?

Yes I have cleared the codes. Every week as a matter of fact. It keeps coming back. Thanks.
