Leaking plug wells are fun

Hey guys, we all have more than likely encountered the leaking plug well problem before. I just wanna know how bad your alls has gotten before? Mine is so bad that when I pull the plug boot out its drenched in oil and dripping. Luckily though with my car down right now I have the time to put the new gaskets, plugs, wires, thermostat, and other goodies on. So how bad has your leakin problems been in the past?

O yea, I'm runnin rich, shot motor mounts, all stock, oil in the wells, SHOT suspension, and can still **** those 5.0's, muahaha! I can't wait to see how my car does after it is repaired.

When I did my "60k" at 59k, I did not have a plug well leak. My only problem was that whoever at the Ford Dealership(previous owner) changed the plugs, they did not gap them. The rears looked like they had been dropped.

mine is currently pretty bad on my #1 plug. I am ordering the new gaskets this weekend after I get my paycheck. IM gonna do some other 60k work time permitting when i have her apart for those gaskets. I cant wait!! Im also buying some used Eibachs for my baby with this paycheck, its bonus time!!!

My friend recently bought an 89 that had been sitting for 2 years. When we towed it home and started the work on the valve cover and spark plug tube seals every single plug well had oil in them. Some of them had oil half way up the spark plugs. Quite a big of oil in there if you ask me. Add a leaking rear main seal, and low oil level sensor gasket and I can't imagine how much oil this thing went through before.
