Keyless Entry Reset?

How can I set the code on my keyless entry. I just bought this car used and have no idea what the code is. Is there an easy way to set this to what I want or to set it back to a default of some kind on a 93 ATX?

I think you need to know the code to change it...not sure about that though

There are two stickers in your trunk that say the code. One should be on the underside of the trunklid. The other one should be on the control module, mounted in the trunk up against the back of the rear seat(drivers side). Just find one of those, and try it.

Then, after you find that code, Type it in. As you hit the last button, your door will open. Press 1/2 then type in your new code. Then press 7/8 and 9/0 at the same time, this will lock all the doors and shut the lights off. Type your new code to see if it works. Then, to open the rest of the doors hit 3/4, to open the trunk hit 5/6 to lock all doors hit 7/8 and 9/0 together.

DOH!!!.. Sorry wasnt even thinking about where I was at just remembered last night that I needed to ask about that door code. Thanks for the response guys. If the moderator needs to move or delete the thread go for it. I already printed it so no feelings will be hurt.
