well i just got the new crankshaft pos sensor and went to drive it and it still has the same problem cel comes on and tach quits working and starts stumbling when level out on throttle...could it be the camshaft pos sensor!!!!!!!!

What is the code that you are getting. With that type of symptom I would have changed the cam sensor first. You will also want to check the DIS connections and grounds.

i wasnt sure cuz in my cd rom manual i have for the car it says it does but when i call ford or go to like autozone they say that it doesnt......is that the unit that is right over the power steering pump?

Indeed it is. Held on by two teeny screws and one plug.

That is weird I can't get it to come up on AZ's website, although the one I have on my SHO I bought from AZ. Someone here may have the Wells part number for it.

Yes, replace the camshaft position sensor! I had the same problems (stubling/bucking, hard starting, no tach) and a new CID completely fixed it. I got a Niehoff one from schucks for around $30 and I beleive the part numbers was FF440E.
