I'm liking the SCT badge too as my two trucks have them also. Problem with them though is the finish comes off and they "tarnish". Then they look like crap after a while....I'm debating on a getting an AWD emblem from a '09 Taurus and slapping one on the back somewhere on my 2010. Guess it'll help to have the car first though.

gotta support those that support you!!!!!!!!!

i'm always up for some sponsorship opportunities lol

Thats cool man, its your car.

Is the SHO and Ecoboost one and the same badge? or is the Ecoboost seperate?

We should try to get a mid ohio SHO get together sometime soon, or next year. Cinci is pretty close, I wouldn't mind coming down there to check out the car lol.

since we're on the topic of badges, were any Twin-Force badges ever officially made?

I asked the same thing a while ago. I remember seeing the monicker of the Twin Force on display at one of the Auto Shows a year or so ago. I can't recall exactly what it looked like now and I wish I could. This was waaaay before the new SHO and back when the twin turbo motor was used in the 2008 Taurus for testing and comparison. ****, it could have been at the 2007 SEMA show. I need to go thru my pics and see what I can find. I'm sure someone on here has a link to it or some old info on it. At least that name sounds cooler than ECOBOOST huh?. :naughty:

Back in Michigan ... again.
SHO/Ecoboost is all one badge.

And I don't see the problem with extra badges if you're backing it up  It's not like he dropped an SVT badge on there or something.

Thanks.

Personal preference on the badges. Some like adding them, I don't. Not a big deal either way since it isn't my car.

If you look very carefully on the valve cover, you'll see the words "TWIN FORCE" on it, but that's it, no TF badge as SHO Continental pointed out:

I think the funniest part about this engine is, even though it was a running driving concept car, under the cover it's just a 4.0L V6 from a Mustang (since the MKR was based on a lengthened Mustang chassis) and the turbos, plus all of their piping are for show only .

it's not bad like the guy that brought in the king ranch f350 with a cobra badge on it, and his wifes car had a gt badge on the sport trac
