I can't tell, but is it on the Y-pipe side, or the midpipe side?

Advanced Auto carries the Dynomax midpipe for about $75

The '93's was rusted in the same place, but the whole section was shot so I bought a new one.

I've got a welder if you can bring the beast down

Don't forget the hood bolts:thumb:

Yea.. i promise. BTW, i havent looked yet so IDK, did you by any chance see how hard it was to get to the other end of the pressure line, where it screws into the rack? im gonna try replacing that first and go from there since i know that needs to be replaced anyway.

You should be able to rach it with Michaels girly arms.

it is a **** of a lot easier with the intake off. If you want a stock air box, a guy at work has one.

well, 30" it was, Flowmaster 'tis not. I must have misunderstood, but it's just some brand that the guy at the exhaust shop gets from his supplier.

Either way this M-Fer is MASSIVE! It's right about 2x the diameter of the stock resonator, and built totally different inside.

I got everthing welded together tonight and took it out for a drive. Now I DEFFINITLY need different mufflers. I can barely her the thing! Not that it was loud before, the exhaust is all stock. At least it doesn't sound like a VTACK now!

I'll try and post a few pics tomarrow

(the stock one is just a tube with holes drilled in it, rather than bent 'scoops')

Like I said, MASSIVE!

It's acutally quieter than a few of the brand new cars I've driven at work.

I think I'm going to experiment with some el cheapo mufflers, and see if I find something I like. I'm afraid it has quieted it down too much for the Flowmaster 40's to sound like they should.

I might just yank off the stock mufflers and see how it sounds that way.
