Hello, I recently have gotten some unrotted window seals for my car, you know, the ones with the rail that go all the way around the top and sides. Well, I replaced the rear ones without having to remove the window glass(thanks god!), and I was wondering if there was a way to do the same in the front, as there is a metal bracket on my replacement fronts....I like the rear ones, as its the first time I've looked back there and didn't see bubbled black/white stuff....
Anyways, just looking for info. Also, the rear ones will fight you for a bit, but they are possible to do with only removing the outside and inside horizontal seals, with the window rolled down, then pry the crappy looking one out, reinstall the good one, and reinstall the horizontal seals....then guess what??? Your car won't leak anymore water through the doors to rust things...
