My SHO is in the shop and it might need a fuel pump. Should I go stock or get an upgrade? If I should go with an upgrade, which one?

Thanks,
Anthony naughty

As long as you have the proper amount of fuel it shouldn't make any performance difference. The higher flowing (155/190 lph) units by Walbro are common replacements since they can support more hp in the future and the price is cheaper than a Ford unit. If you get one aftermarket as a stock replacement be sure you get one that flows as much as stock and not one that is designed for a regular Taurus of that year.
