I want Altezza or Euro style tail lights for my 94' SHO. I highly doubt that any company will make them so I was wondering how hard it would be to fabricate my own? All you would really need to do is replace the stock bulbs with red ones, and I was thinking of using some carbon-fiber vinyl for the background. The only thing I need is to find some clear plastic to replace the red stock ones. I there anywhere to get that? If not, is there anyway to get the red coloring off of the stock ones? Bleach or something? Im not sure. And please I don't need 50 replies saying...."y do you wanna make it rice?" or "thats would look bad" I like euro style lights on any vehicle and don't consider it rice, so PLEASE only helpful advise or comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

shov6, I too want something different.. Although I dont know what options we have available, being that the plastic for the outer lens wouldnt be very easy to mold to the shape of the car... Bleach MAY whiten the plastic, but it would not make it clear, so the C/F backround wouldnt show anyhow... I hope we are able to come up with something, I like the Niteshadez of my taillights, but I want something different!

Yah it also sounds like our group buy isnt going to well either so I think we are on our own again. I no that when I went to buy blackouts for my headlights they came in smoke"black" or clear. I wonder if I order the clear tail light covers if I would be able to take the read ones out all together and just use the cover as my outer lens. I dunno if that plastic is strong enough to do that or not though. Any more ideas would be great. Does anyone think that would work?

Well, thats a thought, only thing is, those are not a heavy plastic by any means.. Although anything is possible, and as long as they are sealed correctly, it could work..
