alright so i triggered the fuel cut off to replace the fuel filter. Now i cant get the fuel back on. Ive pushed the switch down and the relay module is making a clicking noise still and no fuel. Is it possible that one of wires from the cut off is shot and if so, how would i be able to find out for sure?thanks

And how did you trigger the fuel cut off? If you check the codes it will probably still indicate that the inertia switch is tripped.

I take it you cannot hear the fuel pump run for a couple of seconds when the key is turned on?
