You're in Philly, what are your IAT2s like in the summer? If they are never over 125F, skip the intercooler and focus on downpipes. Downpipes will help low end torque and help the turbos breathe better up top.

Pretty much low 100s is the hottest we get. Guess I’m getting down pipes then lol

Catless downpipes really makes a difference. Probably the best first upgrade along with a tune.

If you do any driving in temps over 75 degrees I'd go for the intercooler over downpipes. If it were still winter I'd say downpipes.
