Clean it out! LSPI is real and oil vapor droplets can make LSPI events much more likely. Hopefully youre also using a sythethic oil that has low volatility. Also check/borescope your intake valves to see if they have carbon masses forming on them. (A result of oil vapors in the intake). Those carbon tumors and formations will also cause the low speed stumbling you speak of. Also check your knock sensor wiring for chafing.
Wow. Maybe just the angle. Well at least we can rule gap out. Did u locate a pic of the knock sensor wiring?They're actually gapped at 30. So I checked the new ones before installing at 30 too.
