I've been having intermittant problems with my ICM from over a year now. The radiator fan would stay on even after shutting the car off. The first time it happened I was seeing a movie, and came back to a dead battery. I haven't replaced it because of the outrageous price($200) Ford charges and can release the relay by giving it a go rap.
Anyway, I finally decided to crack it open to see if it is repairable. It is a quite simple design with four standard Bosch relays. It should be simple to fix by replacing the offending relay.
Just thought I'd pass this info on to anyone looking at having to replace theirs.
