Hope you're planning to port match the heads also. You do not want a 'step' between the intake and gasket/head.

Thanks for the reminder!

And i plan too. this is a spare intake i had picked up and this is a slow, learning process and the next time i have a long enough break, like Christmas, im going to be matching the tanks, heads, installing a set of BBB's, 80mm mark viii maf, and a LPM tuned by SHOsource.

Bump for update
80% finished with the porting. i still have to match the the snakes to tanks end on the long runners and do a bit from grinding and hand sanding of the Head side of both the prim. and 2nd. Gonna stop by autozone tomorrow and pick up a gasket set. whats any use: Fel Pro or Victor Reniz? ive never heard of Victor Reniz before and was wondering if they're better/worse/same quality as the fel pro stuff?

Also started painting them gonna have to go back and sand a bunch of because the intake was WAY to cold for the paint to setup well. crap just ran like water. :frown:

Pics:
As you can see i still need to clean up the primaries a bit. Ive run every store than sells dremel equipemnt out of stock....

Thats AWESOME!

Thanks, i still need to do more work with hand sanding the corners and i need to clean up the snakes to tanks part of the runners. one the runners i got looks like the mold slipped. kinda odd and requires a ton on sanding. but its coming along.
