Intake manifold swap

This is my first post ever. I have spent the last two years rebuilding a '91 sho. I'm 19 and this is the first car I have ever built. I also have a '92 and an automatic '93. I was wondering if swapping the intake manifold from the 3.2 sho engine and putting it on the 3.0 engine would get me any more power. Or if it would even fit on the 3.0.

same intakes really, save for which ones have EGR shinola, and some have different sized crossovers, nothing that will change HP though

It will fit, but absolutely no difference in power. Since you're in Cali both of your cars probably have EGR, the only difference between ATX and MTX is that the DIS location and possibly the crossover tube size.

Like it has been said they are the same with the crossover tube being different due to the dis module but since you have an extra intake manifold you could give port and polishing a try on one of them, that will net you some HP.

i just picked up two automatics ive never owned one only 5spd.... Do i need my EGR? i live in NY if not how do i bypass? or delete

It won't matter if you delete it or not, so move on to something that will be useful to do.

i just wanted to do it because i have two 3.0 intakes that are polished and dont have egr ports.....
