Is this viewable in the engine bay without having to remove anything?
I bought my v8 sho with 74K miles.
I am headed to Nashville for the camfest because I have NO idea about its history.
Better safe than sorry...
anyways...
I am just curious to see if any of the popular precautions have ever been performed on my sho...
TIA

No, I don't think it is viewable without removing the intake. Unless you can squeeze your head under the cowl and between the engine and firewall and look at it with a flashlight. But you will see it at the camfest and it will be insulated then so you can see what it is all about.

Yeah you can't see it and if it's not done, have it insulated just while your in there anyway just to be on the safe side. thumb

Kirk does this automatically when he welds your cams. BTW it was Kirk who came up with this solution some time ago. Believe me, you will not be disapointed with his work.
