Installing Gen 3 front seats in a Gen 2

I have seen several threads that a Gen 3 front seat will fit in a Gen 2. Yesterday I just picked up a near mint set of front seats. They came of a 96 Sable, are full leather and electric. I have confirmed they fit but confused on the wiring. My question is this: Does anyone know the wiring sequence to hook these up? Any pictures or illustrations of the Gen 2 and Gen 3 wiring harnesses would be appreciated. I am a complete idiot with wiring and before I short something out, I thought I would ask.

Well I took a chance and got them working. Just connect the black wires together and the striped wires together and your good to go. When I checked the wires, the striped wire was hot.

Gen 1-2-3-4 seats are all swappable , you only have to match the wires.

Anyone have any pics of gen 4 seats in a gen 1? Also is it possible to get the heated and cooling functions to work? TIA
