When do you really need bigger injectors? I have a 3.0 . Full 60k tune up, x2j computer, eh intake, bbb taylor 8.2 wires , high flow y pipe, 2 1/2 exhaust into 2 super 40s. Everything else motor wise is stock. I had stock injectors clean few years back. Anyone have some advise. Please??? Also with the x2j computer when should I worry about changing the tuning?

Generally you wont need injectors unless you are running boost. If you find you are running lean then you would need to run a Tweecer: SHO Source

You can then run 36lb injectors: SHO Source

You would need to upgrade the fuel pump: SHO Source

You will not need injectors for your setup. Tuning, on the other hand, can improve power, drivability, and fuel economy.

You need to remove the horns with big bore butterflys.
They will be a restriction.

A bigger throttle body Isn't necessary at this level.

The stock injectors are fine. No need to upgrade.

I recommend a new fuel pump, especially if it's never been changed.

A tune will help in all aspects.

Enjoy.
