Well , it's only missing the powder coating (hi temp stuff from eastwood) , i"m already all equipped for that.

They just came back from NAPA , getting the flanges planed. The Y pipe will be made once its in the car. 2 1/2" X2 into 3" . The Holes were welded in and out to be able to port them EXACTLY matching my heads and gaskets that were previously ported in my first build. It was done with a die-grinder with a carbide bit.

Yea the front is a tight fit , I had to do it a couple times to make it right.

I will also need some header wrap around the rack and the hoses. They will melt for sure.

Im just waiting on the powdercoating hi-temp powders to arrive and they will be completed.

Are those somewhat comparable to jet hot? And yea, I don't think with the motor mount / oil pan combo sitting where they are, will allow you anymore room.... unless maybe if you put some big washers on top of your subframe bushings to drop it down a bit.. lol

You defiantly will want to cover all your power steering lines with some sort of thermo-protective sleeve. I bought my set of Rickety headers from a guy whose car burned to the ground from a power steering leak from a header burn. These headers where also ceramic coated. Very nice work on the build.

Its called Hotcoat from Eastwood , this one is a type that withstand 1200 deg. Theres only 3 colors available for this special stuff. I believe The Jethot would be superior to this stuff , still I just dont want it to rust right away since this is mild steel.

looks great, wat gains are you expecting from this?

No idea , Simply because I didnt had any dyno runs before hand. I already had the 3" exhaust , so in this case , im simply replacing my exhaust manifolds with headers. My guess is around 5-12 hp.

Yup , I got a strip of 1" x 15' comming in tomorrow. I will wrap up the whole rack with the lines...
