Are you talking about the Intergrated Control Relay Module or the Constant Control Relay Module depending on year? IIRC is If I Remember Correctly......

So, you were searching your memory for something funny, but only found 2 occasions, numbers seven and thirteen sequentially, that were funny? Most people can typically find, as you call it, "power" on about 1-10.
