IIRC wiring???

Have a 91 with some very weird electrical problems. Have traced everything back to the IIRC and not sure where to go from there.
Here is the list of problems. Fuel pump has intermitten loss of power. No fans and no a/c. I'm either not getting enough power to the IIRC or have a bad ground to it. If I unplug the fuel pump when its acting up I get power to the tank. same goes for fans as well. Hadn't tested the a/c out yet as need fans first .
My question here is does anyone have a wiring schematic for the IIRC on the 91 (power and ground inputs)? The SHO has been down for almost 2 years due to this problem and me working 7 days a week. Would love to get it back up and running. Thanks Ken

I read that one and checked out the link as well a while back. What I am looking for is the power and ground at the other end of the wiring. So I don't have to rip apart the wiring harness under the hood as I have inside the car chasing them. Basically which fuse or fusable link and which round as everything I've tested has been ok. I know I'm missing a ground or power wire to it somewhere just not sure where at. As I said its an intermitten problem and has been a headache as I've had it towed back home 4 times due to this problem. Ken
