Hey... if it doesn't have a lot of play it in, you might be able to repack the bearing with grease. I did that on my SHO when I rebuilt it, and they still arent making noise yet. Get a razor, and if your careful, you can peel the plastic 'cap' off of it. Try packing some more grease in there with your finger, while spinning the bearing, then see if that dosent help.

Is there just one on an ATX? I haven't worked on many.. not really sure.. but I'll keep an eye out for one for ya. Assuming you dont need the bracket, and just want the pulley.

And... now that I think about it... all those bearing are NGK's I think, and should have a part number on it. Not sure where, but they can be ordered by just the number if you go to the right place. I was going to look for some, but repacking worked on mine.

buy some new bearings and press them in. I bought like 10 for 15 bucks each. They had to stop production to make these so you have to order 10+ and wait 6 months or so to get them. I think they make them in Canada. There is a big NSK plant there I guess. I've repacked those bearing for years. A repack will last an additional 6 months to a year if you do it right and use synthetic grease. If the bearing has lots of play in it, your kinda screwed, but I'd repack if it looks ok.
