I just put some 48lb Accel injectors in my car and I'm having a weird issue. I seem to have the all the injector specs pretty well set and the car starts and cruises no problem, but whenever I clutch in the idle drops to about 550 and it sounds like its about to die. It responds to throttle just fine so I'm not sure exactly what the issue is.

Yes it is. I was having a weird issue with that and my tuning software where the datalogs of speed would be a cluster, but the idle didn't have issues before the injector swap so I don't think it's related.

Why are you running 48lb injectors? What fuel pump do you have? What regulator?

I'm slowly working on putting a turbo on it :woo-hoo:

I've still got the stock regulator and fuel pump. I don't think that should matter though because I'm not trying to get any more fuel into the engine than before.

Ok I figured it out!

There is a clutch in enrichment feature that is intended to help in taking off. With normal injectors, it adds a little bit of fuel which bumps up the idle, but with larger injectors it dumps wayy too fuel into the engine and almost stalls it out. I can't find a setting to adjust how much fuel is added so I just disabled the clutch switch (Set the transmission mode in BE to 0, "no clutch no gear switch")
