IAC Question

Having issues with idle and someone suggested to try cleaning my IAC. Can someone please tell me how to get to that bottom bolt on the IAC without having to pull the whole damn intake off??? Thanks guys.

Try cutting a allen wrench so it's only straight, put it in a socket.
