I guess I should've came here and read a few of your posts on vendors before I went and spent my $2500 at The Shoshop. I waited over a month for parts I was told were "in stock" when I placed my order. I don't have alot of money, so this was a major purchase for me. Well, after being told it was sent out for over two weeks I asked for some tracking numbers. OOPS?! Sorry, it's still sitting on the loading dock. So after another two weeks I asked again. Waited till the day after they said I should have received the stuff and I called and kept getting an answering machine, so I cancelled the order over the machine. They called me on Monday to say that everything was sent out on Thursday and my clutch on Friday (the day I cancelled). I again asked for tracking numbers. When I called fed Ex., the time Fed Ex. got the stuff was about 2 1/2 hours after I called and cancelled. When the shipment arrived at my house it some how combined into the same box as the clutch that they said was shipped a day later. HHUUMMM..... And a couple of things were still on back order. All I ask is for some honesty. Tell me stuff is on back order and I'll be fine. Just don't lie to me. over and over.

I think one problem with the SHO Shop is that if they have only 1 UDP set on the shelf and 1 guy orders it on the phone and another walks in the shop and wants them installed, they sell them to the walk in. Make the mail order guy wait til forever. Then you get your stuff but half the stuff is missing. Not real good customer service. But they DO "service the customer" eek!

Right! I was giving the 'attitude' that hey, I'm all the way on the other side of the country, and we have your money, so what are you gonna do. I felt like Jim Carry in the movie 'Liar Liar' when he was complaining about the dent in his car when he picked it up! hee hee

" TAKE IT UP THE TAILPIPE!!"
