Still having the same problem, Every time I try to crank the car, All I get is a "click" then power goes out and the keyless entry box starts clicking continuosly. Everytime the keyless entry clicks, the door panel lights flicker on and off. I replaced the starter solenoid to no avail. I dont know what can be shorting out.

I would check the battery terminals. If you have cracked or loose terminals that can and will happen. The RKEM will click when there is insufficient voltage.

I thoroughly cleaned both terminals. Unbolted them from the wires, and wire brushed the **** out of them. They shine like diamonds. I know Im getting good connections at the battery because I barely have to touch the cables to the terminals and the power comes back.

The keyless entry clicks if it has low voltage huh?...ok, that makes sense, when it starts clicking and the lights flicker with the clicking, they are very dim lights. When I pull both cables off the battery and reconnect them, the lights come back strong.

Have you had the battery load tested? In my line of work I have seen hundreds of batteries show 12v-13v+ and as soon as a load is applied theres 1v-5v etc.

Put a volt-meter on the battery and have someone hit the key.
