So like the title says, I have this problem. It only does it if I've driven the car for a while, then park it for a while (hour or two) and get back in to drive it. And only when the weather is in the 60's and lower. See video link:

Any one have any ideas as to what's going on? Again, this only happens when fall rolls around, and continues until late spring. This issue followed me from my old motor to this one, and there aren't any vacuum leaks that I can discern... so any ideas?

Running lean maybe? Does the PCM learn proper cold idle after a week or so?

Not lean, but rich Paul. If I try to rev it when its like that, it'll miss like there's no tomorrow and then it's fine once it's back to normal. And the last time I did an idle reset was when I finished the swap, and it's been fine since then. And historically, an idle reset doesn't fix this problem.

So the PCM does learn the proper mixture and the problem is only after the battery is disconnected?

No, the problem is only after the weather gets cold. I haven't disconnected the battery since July.

Here's what happened when I took my secondaries out. Car ran lean and would not run unless I was feathering the throttle for a few seconds. Colder it was under 30F the worse it got.

I had to add fuel with tuning.
