but does anyone know where i could find the thing for the climate control that has all the buttons on it? (like just the buttons only) all of them seem to be broken...broken as in part of the writing on them has fallen out so you can see through it...

surely this has happened to someone else, and not just BOTH of mine lol

common problem with SHO climate controls up to 94. In 95 they have solid buttons and they don't break.

Refered to as an EATC(electrical Annoying Thingy of the Climate??) Some lincoln units can be made to fit also,. I dont think you can replace just the buttons.

ebay is your friend. The only units that are "plug and play" have to come from another 90-95 Taurus or Sable. Units from 98-94 Lincoln Continental will work electrically but they require a small bit of physical modification to fit.
