Hey all, good to be back. I see the speed to the new forum is good. Kudos to all responsible for getting the forum back online.
Anyways, I am getting a 3.2L motor shipped out, because I don't want to deal with my 3.0L with a bad set of rod bearings, but I want to know what a good compression is for the motor. The guy says that the motor has 90K KM and the compression is 200x4 and 185x2. This was the best one that I have found so far, but the only thing that I am worried about is the 15psi difference with the compression values between those cylinders.
I am getting this motor shipped across the country and I want to make sure that I am getting a good one because it will be a big hassle to send it back if needed. I am picking it up for $1250 CDN delivered to my door. ($900 for motor, and $200 for shipping + taxes = $1250) and I think that I am going to go for it. It isn't the best priced one but it has the best mileage and compression that I have found. I am doing this today, so I need help fast.
Thanks everyone and good to be back!
