There are only two sensors on either the ATX or the MTX SHO. Both sensors can be located in the y pipe. The MTX's sensors are easily located from the bottom of the car. Not having seen the exact location on an ATX, I'll leave that to someone else.

Do you have an ATX or MTX? The front O2 sensor is the same to get to on either but the rear sensor is gotten to either through the bottom (atx) or top (mtx).

You should use the special O2 sensor socket that you can buy or rent at your local parts store. ONLY replace them with either OEM (expensive) or Bosch and make sure they have anti-sieze compound on them.

Edit: I forgot to say where they were :) Look at the Y pipe where it bolts to the exhaust manifold.. there will be what looks like a spark plug on it at a 90o angle. Front's easy because it's sort of by the oil filter, the back's a PITA because it's hidden up in the guts of the car a bit.. I've heard the MTX is easier because of the sensor's location... it only took me 30-40 minutes to do both (with some swearing) on my ATX tho.
