Center stack refers to buttons above the nav / radio / climate controls. On my '12 that's where th TC defeat button is located

When I try to look up a vin using ETIS, it only shows me very basic info. Nothing on axle ratio. I’m only seeing engine and color

You need to sign up for an account. Then it will give you everything, axle ratio, navigation, etc etc.
