My car is running near R sometimes...usually about middle or a bit above..just worrying, I basically drained the radiator when I replaced the ripped by-pass hose, then put some Water Wetter, with 1 gallon of 50/50, and the rest with water...maybe I need more coolant?(I know water Wetter needs more watter than coolant to work best)

That sounds about right for a SHO... I don't know if you chip has your fans turning on early or not. Stock is 216, I have mine set at 206.

I wouldn't worry about that at all. Although I've heard opening the secondaries any erlier dosen't really help though? (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Every dash gauge is a little different too. On my MTX the thermostat would keep the coolant at least at the A, and the fan would kick on at the top of the O. On my ATX the thermo keeps it at the bottom line (both thermostats I've had in there keep it there), and fans come on at the A. I'm pretty sure the temp is just fine, but the cheap $6 sensor is probably causing the difference.
