how hard is it?

if anyone can tell me how and what i need to do to change out my alternator for my 89 mtx. i've changed out alternators before in different cars. they were always right there in front. please help.

Remove battery,battery tray,loosen belt tensioner front and top bolts,loosen pivot bolt,remove belt,remove all electrical leads/plugs,remove three bolts holding alternator,now clean tray/sand/then paint if needed,apply never seize to all bolts after cleaning with wd-40/wire brush,bolt in new alternator,put on new belt if needed,re-tension to specs (I tighten enough so I have 1/2 inch deflection when I push down on belt). Complete and check after running to make sure belt is not to loose or too tight.
