How do you know you need new springs

Hey guys im doing strut replacements and i was wondering what are some key elements in deciding that you need new springs- first im only adding new kyb struts so the stock springs would work with then but what i dont know is if the springs that are on there if there still good or what not- so let me know thanx

Well, when your rear wheel wells swallow your tires...like mine...it's time to change the springs.

When you can't fit 17's on your car because of the wheel wells swallowing your tires...like mine....it's time to change the springs.

When you don't have even tread wear because of the neg camber (I think that's what it is)...like mine...it's time to change the springs.

Wheels sit like this / \ ...not that bad...but you get the gist of it. You can't see it by looking at mine, but that's the way it is. Springs are my next item of replacement.

Edit...compare the pics of your car and mine. My tires are way further inside the wheel wells that yours are. Best to take it to have them checked...most places will check them for free.

Bizzy,

You got a wicked saggy rear end....Replacing my springs and struts this weekend.
