How do you know if you have TPS's?

Well, there should be a TPMS/tire pressure warning light in the dash that lights up when you first turn the key to on.

As an added safety feature, your vehicle has been equipped with a tire
pressure monitoring system (TPMS) that illuminates a low tire pressure
telltale when one or more of your tires is significantly under-inflated.

there are two styles of sensors in the wheels: one is in the valve stem and one is banded to the inside diameter of the rim. the valve stem one is readily apparent when you look at the valve stem.

Yes. I believe every vehicle sold new in the US since around the 2007MY is required by law to have them.
