i found the hex adjuster that comes up behind the headlights, but i cannot locate the other one. where is the 2nd adjuster located?

apparently i'm not the only one who doesnt know how to do this.

'The Collector'
There are two on top of the HL facing foreward. One has a notch so you can get the HL adjust tool in there,one does not. They adjust left/right. The rear one pointing up adjusts up/down.
