Thats definitely not the factory BOV. Almost sounds like he has them unhooked and sounds like its back pressure from the boost having no where to go.

Also in the video he stated that he did the VTA mod but this is what it should sound like...

That's how my f450 work truck sounds like. But he's asking how to make it to where we can hear the turbo spool up like in the video

My factory BOV's have made a sound similar to that once or twice, but never consistently like that. I really wonder what kind of intake he is running?

LOL Guess I'm old but I got to tell you the truth, that would annoy the living **** out of me. One of the things I love about this car is its a quiet stalker inside an out. Don't get me wrong I love starting up my push rod V8 Mustang but the SHO is never going to sound that good, so I like rocking out in my quiet air conditioned cabin.

Totally understand you, that's one of the reasons why I haven't put an exhaust on mine! But I love the sound of turbos spooling up
But yeah, I'm sure it would get annoying after a while. Still want to know how he got it to sound like that though

Must have aftermarket "hot pipes" with aftermarket blow off valves. The modified stock ones do not sound like that.
