I just got a Blue '92 SHO a couple of weeks ago. The only problem is the tint on the back window. Whoever installed it overlapped it and it looks like s**t and its hard to see out the back window. I didn't want to use a razor blade since it might damage the grid. Any suggestions?

Thanks
Wayne

I have heard if you put a garbage bag over it, and turn up the heat for a hour or so it will peal off! I dont know if it is true or not!

I know how. In my car (previously my dads) did not like the window tint...said it was DANGEROUS so he ripped it off leaving so many spots still on the window. He got tired and left the rest for me to do. Take a razor blade...becareful not to ruin your defrost lines on the back window. Cut a little piece out of the corner, and just peel it off...it WILL rip everywhere...so you use the razor blade and scratch it off..the skickey glue stuff will come off with windex but you have to use the razor and a lot of elbow greese. The razor wont hurt it, but be careful

Windex and a Razor Blade. Also if you dont want to waste the time doing it yourself, any local shop that installs tint can easily remove it for you in about half of the time it would take you to do it.
