Im gonna test that tomorrow also, it should have been one of the first things for me to check, but the life of the pump was fading anyways, so it was good to replace it. Autozone and O' Reilly's dont stock the fuel pump relay at all, like its not in their inventory, and Ford gave me the wrong part last time I asked for one, so I need to go complain to them and have them get me the right thing. Sigh, I just wanna drive my SHO.Mr. Anonymous:
CCRM?
ALWyzBrknSHO:
Whn you go to the auto parts store, don't call it the fuel pump relay, call it the radiator fan control module. Should bring up a Factory Air or Ready Aire number. I know both A-Z and Advance can get them. About $120.Im gonna test that tomorrow also, it should have been one of the first things for me to check, but the life of the pump was fading anyways, so it was good to replace it. Be sure to test the fuel pump relay portion of the CCRM with a DMM. projectsho89 has posted the testing procedures previously, run a search to locate them. Or, find a friend with an MTX SHO (except '89) who will let you borrow their good CCRM for a few minutes to install in your car and see if that fixes things.
