I found out why the 94 had a slight low end bog/missfire issue. I pulled the intake tonight to do a little troubleshooting. What do I find but a nearly brand new set of bosch platinum plugs. Upon closer inspection, however, these plugs were definitly NOT right. The mating seat is angled! I cant believe someone would overlook that :madflame: . They are Bosch Platinums HR8DPX, for use in the 3.0L vulcan pushrod motor

Now, on to new spark plugs. I think im going to go with the AGSP32FM fine wire plugs from FPN. I have heard they work just as well as the double platinum motorcraft plugs. Should I go with the AGSP32FMs? I dont think I have any other options...

Edit: Do these new plugs use the same .042" gap?

The new -FM plugs are the correct replacement for the older -PP plugs. They are Ford's recommendation for this car now.

The gap remains the same.
