horn not working

well my brother just bought a 93 mtx in great condition only problem with the car is that the horn doesnt work...we checked all the fuses, connections in the steering wheel and we replaced the relay wich was located by the stereo behind the dash...from what we gathered we are getting power to the relay but still no horn we also as best as possible checked the wires for shorts....any sugestions or comments appreciated thanks everyone

Does the Cruise Control works ?
The horn grounds trough the CCM when you push the switch on the steering wheel.

Both horns failed on my '90. It sound like it's time to hit the junk yard.

Yeah... horns are subject to all sorts of road gunk and crap. They do fail (and the wiring that goes to them (near them) fails as well).
