Not sure exactly what you're asking for when you say "detailed pics of output", but I've got pics of the lights ON at night in the car...if that's detailed enough.

Also, on the Dual beam kit...it's just a dual filament (so to speak) HID bulb....just like the one you have in now, so they both will be HID and they both HAVE to be the same output color with the high beam just being more radiant.

James E.

I'd like to see pics of the output against a wall or something of that nature. Or maybe the pics that you have up allready are enough... I'll check them out when I get home.

I can't see the pics either James. I tried to get the links for the pics from what you had posted, but it said:

Here is my 10,000k at night. Cell phone pics kinda crappy.

And the question for you is, is your kit one of the kits that is being sold in this ad? Don't get me wrong, but if it is not, it might not be a good representation of what this kit can do. I know with the HID kit I had in my 91, the scatter was horrible. I got pulled over for them in fact, and uninstalled them bceause of the scatter.

James does say that the technology has come a long way so I'd like to see pictures of what this actual kit looks like at night in stock Gen 1 & 2 SHO headlight housings.

The poster said he is working with a company trying to make projectors; therefore, he does no know how much it will clost.

A group buy would bring the cost down.

Gen 1=9005 bulbs, I believe
Gen 2=9007 bulbs
Gen 3=9007, correct me if i'm wrong

Kits come with an 'adapter'

It is good to hear that the HIDs have progressed in design. I might just have to get some of the bluer ones since the light output is still good.

Waiting to see those pictures :corn: they did not show up for me either.

Alright...Biz, I need a little help in getting these pics up. I'm seeing the Red Xs now. Is there an email or hosting site I can send them to so I can post here? LMK. Thanks.

FDogg...you're right about the bulbs for our cars.

James, here's the pictures, but I'm not certain what order you want them in. So pick/choose how you want them to be shown and I'll delete my post once you've gotten them organized.

NEITHER of those cars has white (4200K) lights...the 91 has the 3000K (Hyper Gold) and the 96 has the 8000K (Light Blue). Moreso, the 96 has EXTREMELY hazed headlamp housings, which is why they look SOOOO blue and alot of the brightness is cut because of that. When I get new housings with the projectors, they'd look miles better.

Biz, you can take all of the "stock" photos out and just have the actual pics of my two cars. Thanks.

Done deal. If I didn't get all of the ones removed that you wanted removed just let me know.

Also, for the record, this isn't a discussion thread per say, it is a group buy. It's the group buy section after all. I've noticed a few people posting that didn't realize it was a group buy. Point is, pay attention to what section you're in. ;)

Thanks Biz....I sent some others to you that have a comparison of a CLEAR LENSED Accord with the same 8000K bulbs as my 96 SHO does...and the magnificent difference when the lenses are clear.

Hawkeye...I was trying NOT to go here, but there's not ONE constructive thing you've said in your 5 posts in this thread. You've just been overly critical. You shouldn't spend so much time and effort trying to influence what people do with their own money.

Fair enough. Also my apologies to Beth; I totally didn't realize this was the group buy forum. But, to be fair, I don't think my explanation of colors versus brightness was critical; a lot of people really don't know. But, in the interest of peace I have deleted the critical posts. FWIW, I am not criticizing your product - I fully intend on purchasing a set when finances allow cos those look awesome.

Bygones?...

True...you did instill alot of info, and I didn't take it as you bashing the product.
