This is not going to answer your question and it's a thing of whether you hate HID's or like them. If you put HID's in the stock housings all your doing is blinding people, they will offer no benefit and could actually hurt your light output. That said head over to HIDPlanet and look at some of the builds its not too hard to swap some projector lenses in.

i likde the color of hid's not just the benifits of better lighting..... anyway has anybody paid a company or fabricator to create clear housings

I use 50Watt HID kit on my car and light covers and works great and doesn't blind anyone. Oh, and I also pulled "bulb out" indicator out, because i have LEDs all over now. Another thing you could do is get regular 35watt kit and do either light headlight tint or just vinyl eyelid sticker. There are a lot of good options for that, everything depends on amount of money you want to spend.

Get tinted gts covers and cut front of the lense in that area out, replace with flat plexiglass and reseal. You have a goofy looking headlight, but you have dark enough headlight covers so you cant tell.
